      Turned up late and wasn't until I complained that the status on this app changed to 'Shipped' and then I couldn't give the present to the intended person as they went abroad! Won't be using again

      Hi Will,

      I'm really sorry to hear this! At the time of your order in November we were using a different fulfilment center. Annoyingly it appears they had not planned for Black Friday very well and subsequently there were a few shipping delays. If the item switched to shipped then it was most likely that we had been pushing the previous company to get the parcel out without delay. It would have not been switched to try and deceive you.

      We moved to a new warehouse provider in December which has provided a much better service, ensuring 98% of our parcels are shipped out the same day of order. I hope you will allow us a second chance ❤️
