Writing this review sadly 8 months after our little one was born. The end her head was at was stained and discoloured. Sadly I can’t blame it on the baby being dirty 🙃. Just yesterday the end where the seam is has split. Meaning we are going to have to buy a new one as it is no longer waterproof. Sadly this product did not stand the test of time and I would have expected to have got to a time out little one was no longer in nappies and we no longer needed it. Shame as the design is really nice. Just not durable.
Hi Hope, I'm really sorry to hear you've been disappointed with your changing mat.
Whilst our mats aren't stain-resistant, the seams certainly shouldn't split, and I'm sorry this has happened. I've contacted you directly so we can look into this and hopefully put things right.
Many thanks,
Daniella
Love it! Soft for the baby, anti roll gives me peace of mind, easily wipeable and cute design
I bought this and the foldable travel version for my daughter. She loves the cute design and practically of the anti roll changing mat.
The products are well made and good value !
Great changing mat! The quality is wonderful and the pattern is lovely. Considering purchasing a second if we do end up needing it!
Really happy with this product, great quality and the most beautiful design. Delivery was the next day. Making me very exciting for my new arrival.
