What are the advantages of a travel changing mat?
A travel changing mat gives you a clean, waterproof surface wherever you are, without taking up much room. It folds down with a secure popper fastening, so it stays compact in your changing bag or pram and opens out flat the moment you need it.
How durable are the mats?
They're built for daily use in and out of a bag. The waterproof surface wipes clean and holds up to constant folding, and the popper keeps the mat closed between changes so it doesn't unravel loose in your bag.
Will it fit in my changing bag?
Yes. Folded, it measures just 29cm x 13cm, so it slips into most changing bags and fits neatly inside the Mama Shack nappy caddies too. That makes it easy to keep as a downstairs or in-car spare as well.
Can I machine wash it?
No, and it doesn't need it. Clean the surface with water only, wiping it down with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as heat can damage the waterproof coating that keeps it wipe-clean.
Is it padded enough to be comfortable?
Yes. Even folded down small, it has a soft padded surface, so baby has a comfortable spot for quick changes around the home, or away from home.
Are the materials safe for my baby?
