Item never received

I never received this item and it's taken many days to get a response from Mama Shack. I still don't have a response and would like a refund immediately. They should stop using Yodel, they failed to deliver the parcel and seemingly left it at the wrong address!

It did take us a few days to receive the delivery image from the courier, but I understand you’ve since spoken with my colleague, who has helped resolve the matter.
