Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Mama Shack order. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work - nice and simple.
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method or a gift card.
A few important bits to know:

Return postage isn’t covered (small business realities, sadly).

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging.

Sample sale and warehouse sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return.
Changing mats
If you’re returning a changing mat, it must be sent back flat and unfolded. Rolled mats can’t be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
Part returns
If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge isn’t refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service and suitable protective packaging.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
