What are your delivery times?
We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible. Delivery of non personalised goods typically can take up to 3 working days. (Excludes weekends and public holidays).
Do you offer next day delivery?
We do! If you need your items in a hurry we have a next day delivery option at check out. Order before 1pm and your goodies will arrive the next working day. (Excludes weekends and public holidays). Sadly we do not offer next day shipping on personalised and made to order products.
Are returns free/how do I return?
We hope you love your items as much as we enjoy creating them! If you change your mind please contact email@example.com where we can handle your request. Unfortunately as a small business we are not able to offer free returns. Our returns policy can be found here.
When do you do your restocks?
We aim to restock out of stock items every two weeks. Timings may vary on cot sheets and muslins. Details of restocks can be found on our socials and headline on our website. There’s also an option on the product listing to sign up for email notifications of when your favourite items come back into stock.
How long do personalised items take?
Please allow up to ten working days as these items are made to order. (Excludes weekends and public holidays)
How do I clean my changing mat?
Our changing mats and splash mats are wipe clean but not stain resistant to strong colours. Tomato based foods, curries, vegetables such as beetroot and creams with strong colourings may stain the fabric. We recommend using warm soapy water after every use and not leaving stains to soil.
Please do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals, or chemicals containing bleach to clean your changing mat. Further details can be found here.
How do I clean my blanket?
We recommend washing before use at 30 degrees. They like to dry naturally or be tumble dried on a low heat. Do not iron.
