Returns & Refunds

Mama Shack promise to refund any items you are not completely happy with.

Sadly as a small business, we do not cover the cost of returns.

Return within 14 days of receipt.
Sample and warehouse sale products cannot be returned, sales are final.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Returns must be shipped in suitable protective packaging. We recommend using a tracked service.
We can only accept returns that are unused, not washed and in their original, unopened packaging.
Return within 30 days to receive a full monetary refund or gift card will be issued.
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days* of receiving your item.
If you are returning a changing mat it must be unfolded and not rolled. It must be shipped flat. We cannot expect returns if this has not been applied.
If you’re returning only part of an order containing multiple items, we won’t be able to refund the original delivery charge.

Lovely product however does not last well

This is a lovely changing mat, and I was super happy with it when it first arrived. This mat has been kept in our babies nursery and therefore not used often as most changes take place downstairs, however within 9 months this has already ripped and I will be needing to source a replacement, which isn’t ideal considering the price point. We also purchased a nest changing mat from Mama Shack and this also ripped within 6 months. I contacted customer care but never received a response.

Absolutely perfect, exactly what I was looking for for my baby girls bunny themed nursery!

Gift for my daughter and imminent grandchild. Not used it yet but it looks very good quality and looks lovely on the changing drawers. The pattern is so cute. Only downside was length of time it took to deliver, this appears to be an issue with Yodel and not the seller.
