How to Order? We can print any pattern (even our archived prints!) add the name of the print into the box 'enter name of pattern here' and we'll get sewing!

I include the Mama Shack anti-roll changing mat itself as a must-have product when recommending baby essentials to expectant family and friends, so to have the option to give it a new lease of life when the cover inevitably gets a little worn is brilliant! Mine was used heavily for almost 2 years and is only just splitting at the seams, as opposed to others on the market I know only last a few months, so it’s definitely worth spending that little more for quality and longevity. We had an issue with the manufacturer sending an old version of the print we requested, but Mama Shack’s customer service has always been beyond exceptional and they got it sorted promptly. Look forward to continued custom with Mama Shack :)

Thank you for your order! We do specify on the product listing that the item is a pre-order product which can take up to 25 working days to make and ship. We can see this was shipped on time.
I've popped you an email in regards to the tear, if the product is faulty it is our responsibility to replace this for you. We haven't received an email about this and I do encourage you to get in touch so we can rectify this for you.

Took about two months to arrive, tried to put it on the changing mat and the stitching came apart slightly where the zip is. Wouldn’t recommend as not great quality for the price.
Hello! Thank you for your order. This product is made to order and did arrive in the correct time frame. On the rare occasion an item arrives faulty we will always replace this for you. We didn’t receive any communication that the item arrived in this condition. We have tried to contact you to rectify this but haven’t yet had a response.
