How is the Original different from your other changing mats?
The Original is our flat, everyday mat with slightly raised edges, ideal if you want one simple mat that goes anywhere. If you'd prefer higher sides, the Nest has soft, padded, cocoon-like sides and the Anti-Roll Wedge has a firmer wedge shape to help contain a wriggly baby. For out and about, the foldable Travel mat lives in your nappy bag. They all do the same core job, it just comes down to whether you want flat, cosy sides, anti-roll support, or something portable.
Are the materials safe for my baby?
Yes. Like all Mama Shack changing mats, our travel mats are phthalate-free, waterproof, and carry the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, meaning every component has been tested for harmful substances. They're made in the EU and UK.
How do I clean it?
Just wipe down with a damp cloth after use. The waterproof surface has no seams or stitching for mess to hide in, so you can just wipe clean and carry on.
