Coronavirus update: 26th March 2020

In light of the recent Government announcements, we are pausing the manufacture of personalised changing mats placed after 5pm 26th March 2020.

The manufacture of the following items are not effected and will continue to be produced and/or shipped with an approx lead time of 5 working days:

  • Unpersonalised changing mats
  • Personalised blankets & milestone blankets
  • Splash mats
  • Muslin bedding and swaddles
  • Changing pouches
  • Sale items
  • Gift Cards

We have taken this measure due to partial shut down of our supply chain due to Covid-19.

We will still be taking orders on personalised changing mats and welcome any customers wanting to support us during this time. However we cannot guarantee a specific delivery window and encourage you to order from our stock products. Any product ordered online during this period will be first in production upon the opening of our supplier chain network. Customers do have the opportunity to cancel if preferred provided your order is not in production.

Orders currently in the system are subject to the following lead times:

  • Personalised orders placed before 11th March will ship 26th & 27th March
  • Personalised order placed before 17th March will ship 30th & 31st March
  • Preorders that have been placed for out of stock items will ship 2nd & 3rd April

Mama Shack is monitoring the Government and NHS guidelines, to continually review this situation and we’ll be back in touch daily with updates.

We will soon be back to normal timings so we can supply our full collection  to satisfy our lovely, loyal customers and their little ones.
